Win Agent is used to make accessing Programs and Keyboard Commands easier, by allowing you to setup Keyboard, Voice, and Menu shortcuts.
The only limits to the free version is that you cannot change the 'Listen Command', 'Listen Timeout', 'Command Response', and 'Startup Phrase'.
For the complete version donate $25 and send an email for the unlock file.
